Breaking energy can be tough for our human. For me recognizing it was the hardest part. Once I could see that I was stuck in a loop and deep in a story, that was half the battle. It was mine to realign. It was mine to clear. There were periods of this journey where I was blind to the ego monster I was feeding. I would tell myself that the energy would break if I gave it ”time.” There was some truth to that. It will break slowly and settle there for a while and then chip some more.
Some days I felt progress. Technically there is always progress on an energetic front. Nothing can stand still. Old energies are ending and new variation of that energy are beginning. But after a while that was not enough. Sure, I would get a few tweaks in a reality. But every time I would start talking or thinking about the old reality it started up again. I kept bring it back to life! It’s impact on me was diminishing but the outcome was still the same. That is when I had to take a long look at myself.
*****2026 Annette *** This was am important epiphany for me. In 2019, I would shift some small things but the base human programming was still running. I was still feeding it. I was still believing it. So I was still living it. Many days I sit crying in my hallway. And I mean MANY DAYS. Wondering it I could go back to my human ways. So if you are there, you are not a failure, it is a normal part of the clearing process…clearing the doubt and self hate****
