We say a matter of perspective about so many things, but it seems judgment may dictate perspective more... where the lens of conciousness rests and views as well as what is and isn't open. That's fun to let the mind chew on.
The funniest part for me was realizing that my judgement dictated outside judgement. It was a reflection back. If I didn't have an issue with it, then no one else could either. Judgement started to boil down to "no one really cares." Everyone is so "lost"/"buried" in their own journey, mine was in their peripheral vision.
I love that you shared this. I was just pondering over it in recent days. How the energy, the action, and the word "no" is empowering and like you mentioned, liberating at first, can also feel constricting. You awaken and expand, yet saying "no" is a part of that. I suppose for me I wasn't necessarily saying no in my direct experience, but rather all around me, the actions of no were being enacted at the time, aspects of me were. I could see and feel, sometimes to my dismay, "The Power of No" all around, pulling me into isolation and removing the life I thought I was. Alao the realization of the freedom to say no became clear. With that "no", there was the great yes of opening. As well. I've been in a period lately of finding more opportunities to say "yes". While I found the earlier "no" experiences that I mentioned , to not necessarily be in my direct control conciously, but the yes experiences seem to come with a pause beforehand. A sense of "here you go, here's your chance to say yes, and open more." even though the opening is continuous regardless. I suppose it is all the same. For every yes, there is a no, and we grow when we allow both to be one.
That is a wonderful way to explore it. It is not the “yes” or “no” that matters. It is the energy behind why we are saying it. There were so many times where the answer would flip for me depending on what aspect I was acting from. I was told “NO” you can’t go there mostly because I had an agenda. Then it could be the same question months later and it was a “YES!” Agreed we have to say NO so many times before our universe will bring us the YES moment. We have to clear programing that the NO bring ups. The guilt, shame, blame, obligation, anger, JUDGEMENT……so much JUDGEMENT

Judgement! That hits the nail on the head. 🤣
